COMEXICO HAZY PALE ALE w/ KVIEK - 33 IBU / 5.0% ABV Style: American Hazy Pale Ale
Appearance: Unfiltered, hazy orange with a crisp white head
Aroma: Nectarine, mango, tropical fruit
Flavour: Tastes of juicy pineapple, peaches, and oranges with a soft mouthfeel & a touch of bitterness
Beer-Geek Cheat Sheet: Hazy Pale Ales are a hit for a reason! This beer has the juicy flavours and aromas of fresh tropical & citrus fruits, with the soft mouthfeel of flaked & malted wheat. Unfiltered and without any fruit puree, our brewer chose a Norweigan Farmhouse Kveik (yeast) that enhances these qualities and allows for a flavourful, easy drinking brew.

PARADISE HAZY IPA - 45 IBU / 6.9% ABV
Style: Hazy IPA
Appearance: Hazy golden orange, with a velvety white head
Aroma: Ripe strawberries, nectarines & subtle citrus
Overall Flavour: Juicy papaya, ripe strawberry & stone fruit with a lush mouthfeel & a mellow finish

PORTSIDE PALE ALE - 52 IBU - 5.5%ABV
Style: American Pale Ale
Appearance: Golden with a thick white head

Aroma: Orange zest, pine & the portside breeze

Overall Flavour:  Crisp hop flavour balanced with malt sweetness, enhanced with pine & citrus notes

Beer-Geek Cheat Sheet: A classic here on the west coast. This American pale ale differs from the American IPA as it boasts a lower ABV and strong hop character that is balanced by the malt profile. The result is a clean hop bitterness, accentuated by the fruity aroma from the dry-hopping of Simcoe, Amarillo & Citra. With candied citrus, resiny pine and subtle floral notes, the lighter malt character carries the hop flavours like a stiff portside breeze.

FLOWER RIDGE INDIA PALE ALE  - 60 IBU - 6.8% ABV

Style: American India Pale Ale

Appearance: Pale gold with a bright white head

Aroma: Juicy, citrus, sun-kissed mountain tops

Overall Flavour:  Balanced hop bite with tangerine zest & sweet pine flowers
Beer-Geek Cheat Sheet:  Bright and juicy flavour of this pacific northwest style IPA is from a generous dry-hopping of our favourite hops! Classic flavours of grapefruit, tangerine & resinous sweet pine all dancing among the juicy fruitiness of Galaxy hops.  Swaying from the more traditional English & west coast IPA, this brew has less malt sweetness and a stronger hop presence, yet the lingering hop bitterness is quick enough to make this brew a crushable thirst quencher.

MARINA MILD - 20IBU - 4.5% ABV
Style:  English Mild
Appearance: Light brown with dark amber hue
Aroma: Baked pie crust, toffee & almond
Overall Flavour: Full-flavoured yet light-bodied with hints of biscotti malts & herbal tea
Beer-Geek Cheat Sheet: As the name suggests, this beer is known for its mild yet balanced character. The quintessential British session beer with low levels of alcohol and hop character that makes it completely morish. Ours boasts a medium amber colour, a nice low carbonation with a foamy cream head. Cheers!
